Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh,
We are excited to invite you and your family to our upcoming PMA-UK Food Festival, taking place on Sunday, 13th October 2024, at the Greenside Community Centre from 10 AM to 6 PM.This event is not just a celebration of our love for delicious food, but it is also a powerful opportunity to support our Masjid Appeal. As a community, our Masjid plays a central role in bringing us closer to Allah (SWT), and by coming together for this festival, we can contribute to the future of this blessed space.
The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Whoever builds a Masjid for the sake of Allah, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise.”
(Sahih Bukhari)
This food festival will feature a variety of mouth-watering dishes, family-friendly activities, and an opportunity for our community to come together for a noble purpose.
All proceeds from the event will go towards our Masjid Appeal, ensuring that we continue to foster a place of worship, community, and guidance for generations to come.
Allah (SWT) says in the Holy Quran: “The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed of grain that sprouts seven ears, and in every ear are a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills.”
(Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:261)
Let us come together in the spirit of unity, gratitude, and giving, and support the growth of our beloved Masjid. Your participation and contribution, no matter how small, will have an immense impact, Insha’Allah.
