Who we are:

We are a minority group of Filipino Muslims from different areas of the Philippines particularly in Mindanao currently residing at United Kingdom. We formed ourselves in 2009 as community and our community is called Philippine Muslim Association United Kingdom (PMA-UK).

PMA-UK is a charitable organisation for everyone’s benefit.

Our Mission

To work for the benefit of the wider public (not exclusively limited to Filipino Muslim communities), by identifying needs and helping to meet those needs by undertaking projects and collaborating with individuals, authorities and other organisations.

Our Goals....

-To provide facilities for worship and education of the Islamic faith and supporting others to learn about the faith and develop spirituality in todays world.

– To relieve financial hardship among victims of natural disasters, those in poverty and others who are struggling in the UK and abroad, particularly in the Philippines.

-To advance education for the benefit of children and adults via projects that build their knowledge, skills (including language skills) and qualifications so that they are able to fulfil their potential, and remove barriers to further learning and employment.

-To provide activities for young people with sports, recreation and leisure time activities, and skills building so that they are to develop as mature citizens and role models for future generations, whilst contributing to the wellbeing of others and society in general.

This centre will serve as a welcoming hub for: * Daily prayers and Islamic learning * Youth development through after-school clubs * Support for the elderly and vulnerable * Charitable and community outreach programmes * Cultural and educational activities for Filipino Muslims across the UK Our Vision A welcoming space where our community can: * Worship together in a comfortable and inclusive environment * Teach our children Islamic values alongside Filipino heritage * Support new migrants and families * Host community events, outreach programmes, and interfaith dialogue * Build unity, belonging, and a stronger future for the next generation 💡 Why It Matters This centre is more than just a building — it is a home, a support system, and a lasting legacy for future generations.
